Changing your password signs you out everywhere except this browser.
Asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…) when you sign in on a new browser, so a stolen password alone can't get in.
Required for your admin access — the admin dashboard won't open until this is on.

Save your recovery codes. If you lose your phone, each of these gets you in once. They won't be shown again — keep them in your password manager or print them.

Brand styles
How your videos look on your site. Every Player uses these. Spotlight, Stories, Floating Player and Split Players can also set their own colors in that Player's settings.
Used for play buttons, progress bars, the ring around the floating bubble, and highlights in every Player.
The color of your Shop Now and Add to Cart buttons. Matches your brand color unless you pick another.
The words and icon on your buttons. Pick whichever reads clearly on your button color.
The panel that shows your product's name, price and button, plus the size/color picker and product list. Pick whichever looks best on your videos and site.
Type any Google Font family name to match your site's branding — start typing for suggestions. Must be a font available on Google Fonts; a self-hosted/custom font isn't supported yet.
Applies to the outer frame of every Player on your page: the Floating Player's expanded panel, Carousel, Grid, and Shop Stack cards, and Spotlight, Split, and Video Feed players. Pointed suits a full-width banner that runs to the edge of the page.
Player behavior
How your Players act when a visitor opens the page.
Only affects Floating Players - whether it starts expanded (Floating Player) or collapsed to the small circle (Bubble) when a visitor first loads the page. Doesn't affect Carousel, Grid, or Shop Stack. Applies to every Floating Player on the account today — a per-Player version of this setting is planned separately.
Whether each video's title appears as a text overlay on top of the video itself — the Floating Player's expanded panel, every card in Carousel, Grid, and Shop Stack, and both of those Player types' fullscreen Theater view. Turn off for a fully unobstructed video. Applies to every Player on the account.

Your store's real .myshopify.com address, not a custom domain — find it under Shopify Admin → Settings → Domains. Used only to search your own store's published products; no login or app install needed.

Embed protection
Your videos only play on the websites you list here. Add yours before you publish a Player.
One domain per line (or comma-separated), no "https://" or path. Checked against the page a Player's embed is actually loaded on — an unlisted domain gets a blocked embed instead of your video/CTA content. Leaving this empty blocks every domain — add at least one before publishing a Player.
Since your embed runs on your own domain, it stores a small amount of anonymous browser data there too — see "Does the widget store anything in my visitors' browsers I need to disclose?" for the exact list, and a copy-ready paragraph if your own site has a privacy or cookies policy.

Export everything in your account, or permanently delete it.
Downloads a JSON file with your account, users, products, actions, videos, playlists, Players, tags, and settings. Visitor analytics are available separately as CSV downloads from the Insights tab.
Export my dataIf you uninstall HoverReel from your Shopify store, Shopify asks us to erase this account 48 hours later. Turn this on to keep your videos, products and Players instead — for example, if you're moving your store to another platform. Only the Shopify connection is removed.
